Greetings out there in cyberspace. I have not much time but I can tell you that the wife and I are going to try to powder 75 eggs tonight. Got 'em fried up and ready for the dehydrator. Wish us luck!

- Staying Alive
- I've been in the survival trip for over 35 years. Worked like a dog. Had three kids. I presently live on the nearly 3000 acres we worked so hard to buy. Hills and hollers and springs and a few fields. Trying to raise organic food for my survival stash. I have a lot of friends here who are not presently on the survival trip. But we go on, knowing that we will come together to face any emergency.

Just make sure you and the wife hide the finished product.
Else one of those alphabitized fed gov outfits might accuse you of illegal manufacture of a highly proteinized substance with intent to survive!

Powdered eggs brings back Navy memories. Omelettes made with powdered eggs ain't half bad!
