WEDNESDAY THIS AND THAT

Just sitting here thinking about the things I have learned the last day or two. I got an email from guy in Pennsylvania who probably heard the Old Man speak over in Ohio in the 70's. The man was named Daniel and he sure made statements like the Old Man would have done. Raised the hackles of the older members of the congregation because he didn't believe as they did. They sorta wanted to throw him out, especially when he told them that while they might not get the message all the kids there would understand it. The man from PA was just a kid but he got the message. The Old Man was talking on the subject of the New World Order but it was not called by that term then. He sure must have riled them folks up a bunch to want to throw him out. I hope he scorched their ears to a crisp. But it is the same old story. People who want to tell the truth are ridiculed and rejected by the people they talk to. Funny how that works. It's almost like they are not supposed to get the message. It's like God doesn't want them to be saved. Oh well.

I met a man online this morning from Ohio. He listened to the Big John Lipscomb Show last night and heard me. And he liked what he heard. I'd say he is reading my past blogs right now. He also thinks the world of Big John and has some of his garden seed for next year. The man had a business building basements for new $300,000 homes but of course, that has gone down the drain. He is now working a cash register at a small store for minimum wage. And is happy to get it! But he is hanging in there. He is supporting his wife and two children. He has stored up food and 'essentials' and he has his Big John seed. This man is fairly well adapted to his life. He is not crying and moaning and begging Obama to do something. He is going on with his life and doing the best he can. He is prepping and getting ready for hard times and believes it is coming. His only complaint, if you want to call it that, is against people making $80,000 a year and griping about it. He thinks they are sissies. I tend to agree with him. I know I would be feeling pretty rich on half of that much money.

People around the blogs are still worried about firearms and ammo. I can't say as I blame them. The ability to protect yourself and your family and friends is a heavy burden on a man's mind. Firearms also give you a chance to harvest game animals for good protein. Food and security. One tool and you can take care of both jobs. Not a bad deal. I spoke to a man this morning about people stealing food from your garden. You know, it does not take an armed military group to take your food from you and your family. It just takes one sneaky bastard with a gunny sack to ruin your supply. If something is worth having it's worth protecting. Critters and criminals can cost you a lot of food if you aren't alert and ready.

I was thinking about going out to speak before different groups close to where I live. And maybe having some of them come to our valley for meetings. We have a fairly large meeting house and can seat quite a few people. Just a thought. Let me know what you think of the idea. I'll be glad to hear from you. Just those two emails I got this morning were great morale builders for me. Getting people to see the truth is my greatest ambition. I will not be building a mega-church or buying a private jet or anything like that and would consider myself a criminal if I set out to do that. But I can set down and talk to a few hundred folks without much problem. I could probably get some of my brethren to come speak too. If we get enough people we can have us a truth and survival jamboree. Like I said, let me know.

Stay alive.
